Yes.  We researched this quite a bit about a year ago.  We went with the
Patrick Townsend Alliance FTP product with the PGP option.  We are still
using it and have had absolutely no problems.  I was very impressed with the
support we received from the Townsend group during the product research
phase.  We are dealing with a utility company who requires PGP encryption.

our experience with this product.
