Re: Little help on email using SNDDST or QtmmSendMail

With the QtmmSendMail API, it accepts the filename of a
preformatted MIME file.  Not an attachment.

Any attachments need to be already formatted in the MIME
file, base64 encoded preferablly (a necessesity fo binary
attachemts).
