somewhere, i am not just sure where, you can right click, choose Properties,
then choose Compatibility mode and select Windows 98.

The place to right click might be the install icon on the CD?

The WDT400 5.1 installation on a fresh XP SP2 machine always gives "IBM
Websphere Devleopment Tools for iSeries can only be installed by a
System Administrator.  Please logon as a user with Administrator
authority. ... " message.  I have logged on as different users with
Adminstrator authority and it still complains.   WDT400 4.5 installs
fine.  Does anybody know a workaround?
