Huh?  How *did* you install v5r3???  "restored"?  "transferred our
system"???

I sure hope you didn't restore the QSYS library from your v5r2 box to the
v5r3!  Otherwise, you'll have to invoke the UNDOMESS OPTION(*NOTAPRAYER
*WEEKENDSHOT) command.

When the OS & development LPP(s) are installed/upgraded, the process creates
the PDM/SEU/etc. commands in QSYS.  IOW, those commands should already have
been there when you received your new box, or after installing the
development LPP, whichever applies in your case.
