CPYTOSTMF will copy a savf to a stream file in the IFS.

CPYFRMSTMF will copy a stream file in the IFS to a SAVF.

I believe that you can copy directly to a Windows fileserver via /QNTC if
you want to skip the extra step of copying to the IFS first -- or at the
very least, it's worth a try.
