Rick, we are at v5r2.

Tried your suggestion and got only:

Position to line  . .
....+....1
TRANDATE
++++++++++
++++++++++
++++++++++
... ad nauseum

What gives?  And why when I try to test TranDate in a Where clause that it
spits out "Column TRANDATE not in specified tables"?

Man, I got a lot to learn about SQL.
