Hi Guy,

Since it isn't a missing Service Table entry (as identified by Scott) and
since it would appear to be java related, you might want to ensure that all
the JDKs have been installed. I'm afraid I am not near a machine to check
licence nos. but you will find them under GO LICPGM, option 11.
