I used to have this problem.

qtmmsendmail uses the addresses on the plist to send the e-mail to, not the 
addresses in the mime file.    If the mime file name is reused before the first 
mail is sent, then the second mail may go to the recipients for the first mail.

I avoid this by using a unique serial number to name the mime file.  I made it 
31 positions long.  It'll be years before I have to roll that number over, 
virtually eliminating the potential for a duplicate file name.

Since doing that all complaints about a recipient getting the wrong e-mail have 
stopped.   Another problem that stopped was orphaned mime files in /tmp.
