Richard,

I dusted up an old project I did 6 years ago (today, as a matter of fact), that 
allow user/developpers to write text with a simple editor and generate a UIM 
panel with that helptext for DSPFs and CMDs. For each field or parameter a 
seperate segment was added to the panel.

If interested, you can have the code (not for commercial purposes, though). 
Beware, most is in good old RPG III and one element is not working properly, 
yet (fooled by the 4-binary trap, I think).
