I pulled out my 2488 and you're correct about the underline support.  I had
erroneously rememberd it as being that CGA style "blanks only" underline
character.   It's a bit unusual as the characters g j p q y lack underlines.

The 3rd & 4th sessions are only available only with some of the emulation
types (3477w, 3487-ECB, 3197c) and not the 3487c or 3477c
