Jeff,

Looks like the dns servers for dilgardfoods.com are handled by register.com:

dilgardfoods.com nameserver = dns41.register.com
dilgardfoods.com nameserver = dns42.register.com

Normally the reverse DNS would be handled by the same name servers. You
could contact Register.com and see if they could help.

However, as Scott points out. Your in-addr.arpa is coming back gte.net:
42.15.66.in-addr.arpa
        primary name server = bigguy.gte.net
        responsible mail addr = root.bigguy.gte.net

So you might need to get Verizon to do this. Here's some additional contact
info that may help:
  OrgName: GTE.net LLC
  OrgID: GTEN
Address: 4500 Corporate Drive Suite 400
  City: Grapevine
  StateProv: TX
  PostalCode: 76051
  Country: US
  NetRange: 66.12.0.0 - 66.15.191.255
  CIDR: 66.12.0.0/15 66.14.0.0/16 66.15.0.0/17 66.15.128.0/18
  NetName: VZN-DSL
  NetHandle: NET-66-12-0-0-1
  Parent: NET-66-0-0-0-0
  NetType: Direct Allocation
  NameServer: BIGGUY.GTE.NET
  NameServer: OTHERGUY.GTE.NET
Comment: For abuse issues contact abuse@xxxxxxxxxxx

  TechName: Verizon Internet Services
  TechPhone: 1-800-927-3000
  TechEmail: inengineering@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

A couple of other options, other than the work arounds Scott suggested:

1) Move your DNS servers to Verizon.
2) Run your own public DNS servers ( you'll need two!)

HTH,
Charles
