Re: SAVF between versions

The issue is not the SAVF itself, rather the target release of its contents. Generally speaking, executables cannot be restored to an earlier release than they were created for. There are important details I'm leaving out of that statement. The Backup & Restore manual is probably the best place to look for more info.
