Than I would recommend specifying something along the line of using 
TRG(jobname/jobnbr)
for your ADDPFTRG and RMVPFTRG commands.  This provides for better control 
against
conflicting triggers already assigned.

I'm using wrkobjlck and already have exclusing no-read locks on the the 
objects (files). 

I want to prevent the CLP from hanging if it attempts to add a trigger 
that has already been attached to the file. And in the same manner I want 
the prevent the CLP from also hanging if it attempts to remove a trigger 
that isn't attached to the file.
