Depends on what you mean by manage. WRKLNK '/' & DSPLNK '/' will let you 
work with the files & directories. If you have V5R2 then the shipped 
QUSRTOOL includes a bunch of commands to manage netserver shares to 
Windows (and more recently Linux) clients, accessed by GO NETS menu. 
You'll need to build them first if it hasn't already been done. If you're 
sharing IFS directories via NFS, then that's done by editing /etc/EXPORTS 
(green screen command EDTF) and the EXPORTFS command.
