His machine is broken and I find it the easiest way for him to do a tape
restore of the complete backup he has.
BTW, you found an APAR for V4R4, he's still at V4R3 ...

I know you are already in the restore but I did a quick google search on
the SRC code B90037FF
and found the following:

Looks like you may have not had to scratch load the system after all.

The LIC install is currently at 70%.

It was a holiday here as well in Belgium, not having a job anymore
makes it difficult to keep track of those kind of things :-)
