Frank says this at every one of his public appearances. He's been saying it
since at least 1997. I'm not saying he's wrong. Just that he's been singing

I was at a talk Frank Soltis gave last year or the year before and he made
the statement that Windows would be ported to POWER architecture within (I
think it was 18) months after 64 bit Windows was GA'ed.  

So how long has 64 bit Windows been out?  6 months?
