You can check the contents under /QDOC in the IFS or
WRKDOC or
in this specific instance use the command
DSPDLONAM DLO(*SYSOBJNAM) SYSOBJNAM(NHKS492176)
to find the file information.

This is a representation of document in QDLS, right?  I think I'm supposed
