Phil,

The key sequences for that model scan gun are:

Roll UP   -   Ctl-U  (hold CTL key on keyboard, press U key)
Roll Down -   Ctl-V  (same thing, but press V key)

Send me your email address offline, and I can send you am image of the
keyboard map from one of our customer's guns here.

When you got the guns, there should have been several templates that fit
over the keyboard, one should have had the TN5250 equivalents.

The model is PDT6840 - NIS641US. It has updown arrow keys that do work on
the Sign-On screen, but don't work once you are in the application. I called
Symbol, but they said that they don't support software.
