I never liked ENDSBS OPTION(*IMMED).

There might be jobs that are programmed intelligently and will end in more 
controlled matter when SBS is ending. At least give it 60 seconds.

And then: Why not give it half an hour. This will save you from the HLDJOBQ
Only drawback is that you can not regret after 15 minutes. When ENDSBS DELAY(½ 
hour) the only option you have to change this is ENDSBS *IMMED
