On May 4th, IBM will announcePOWER 5 architecture across the AS/400 product line.
With the ability to similtaneously run OS/400 (now called i5OS), LINUX, Windows under the IXS, and AIX, this is a very significant annoncement. The product name is even changing from iSeries to i5.
Models start at $11,500.

Anyone know if that 11500 includes any software? o/s? Compilers?
