I'm honestly shocked that it ISN'T shipped *PUBLIC *EXCLUDE. (I never
looked!)

Well, to tie this into another thread, unless you're using programs that
contain non-Sec50-friendly hacks, or you've got a system that's completely
isolated from the outside world and running well beyond design capacity,
Sec50 IS better than Sec30, and I'd be more worried about somebody going
the other way!
