Considering my experience on AS400 Iam not expert on
AS400.
Iam nt accepting your apologies since you dont have to
apologize :) , 
Thanks for the explanation by the guys  here, It
helped me to understand clearly.
System date is not changed on regular basis  but only
when need arises.
There was a problem when end of day  batch was running
lately due to some business reasons when system
crossed the date.

I dont know at what security level , but my machine is
V5R2.I will update again.
