I just got off the phone with IBM (Anne Lucas) and she had same problem.
She is going to try to route this to proper group.
This started over the weekend. Some are affected, some are not. Previous
posts over weekend have suggested it may be an internet routing issue.
If you get an IBM page missing it's top "header" you most likely having
the problem.
