PRTDSKINF *SYS
Query file QUSRSYS/QAEZDISK for some more detail of the RTVDSKINF.

DSPFD FILE(*ALL/*ALL) TYPE(*MBR) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) OUTFILE(MYLIB/MYFILE)
Then query that.  Multiple the number of deleted records by record size. 
Sort it by this result, descending.  Then RGZPFM those members.  Maybe 
even remove some older members, if you understand the application.

An Updated check list for a new Systems Admin








HI I have been given the System admin responsibilites at this time. I 
recall in the past, looking at files that should be re-organized, files 
not used,etc.. I am looking for any new tasks to perform that relate to 
system performance, disk space utilization and more. I am not looking for 
a vendor package at this time.
