Actually, you can configure the name and location of the signon display file
by using the CHGSBSD command. I would not recommend changing any objects in
QSYS.

However, you do not want to remove (comment out) the input field for the
library, as that will mess up the input buffer. You need to make it
non-display (ND) and protected (PR).
