You don't need a PC at all, nor need to use the setup program on CD.  It has
a embedded web server you can use to access it directly.  In fact, most
print servers have this.  I can't think of one I've seen recently that
doesn't.

You could of course use the Windows based setup/management software from a
PC.  But it's a standalone network device, no PC needed.
