Its not shared if you create a MYSECOFR for each person which is probably the intent of the statement.

This allows each individual with a SECOFR password to be monitored on an individual basis.

Then the auditors are easily duped if they think that people sharing
MYSECOFR is more secure than people sharing QSECOFR.
