Perhaps IBM's InfoPrint server?

As often as this comes up lately I wonder if we should make this a faq?

I was asked to search for a report distribution program, that have these
types of features...

Covert a spool file into other formats... excel, pdf, html, word ....  and
do this by user or queue...

Also, allow online browsing, and indexing of these spool files via a
browser...

The more automated the better...
