InfoCenter has the QShell stuff under the Programming->Shells topic. That'll tell you mostly what commands (utilities) there are. For real help on things like grep, you might be better off going to Unix sites. There are whole books on grep. The general topic is shell scripts, and QShell just emulates that stuff. What's that company with all the animals on the covers?

There've been some things at www.midrangeserver.com, in their newsletters, and probably at www.ignite.com and www.search400.com and www.iseriesnetwork.com and www.mcpressonline.com.
