Why am I not surprised at your response ? :) Still if you could tell me 
when they were actually changed (which was the thrust of the question) 
that 
would either completely screw me over or make my point.

You guys obviously run a very tight ship but are you prepared to say that 
every other AS/400 shop does the same as you ? If not, wouldn't you agree

have a point ?

Rest assured you were (at least one of) the highly disciplined exceptions
