At Touchtone, we generally require QSECOFR OR EQUIVALENT for installation
of our products, but never require QSECOFR specifically. And I can't
remember the last time anybody here had to use the actual QSECOFR profile
on a system that was in actual use (as opposed to, say, initial setup or
hard drive replacement).
