Raw is a rather polite word for clueless. Let's be honest.
The chance of getting a twinax terminal is pretty slim. The surplus
warehouse that this came from is closed until after the auction on
2/7/04. It was not with the AS/400 when I found it. If it is in the
warehouse it will be gone before I'm allowed back in. As for corbett's
inquiry as to giving up and selling parts: 1.) I'm just starting, so I'm
not ready to give up. 2.) This is state owned equipment. I can't sell
any part of it. If I don't/can't use it, it will have to go back to the
warehouse and be sold at auction.

Imagine being given a Ferrari and not knowing how to drive.

Any chance you can rescue a twinax terminal? If you were much closer
I'd
give you one, but we are at opposite ends of Indiana. There is an
alternative to twinax called Operations Console. Works pretty darned
good, but I don't know if I'd want to tackle switching from one to the

other when the machine is already questionable, and you're pretty raw.
