Exactly the same thing - just another example of IBM's penchant for command names built from three-letter abbreviations - probably a requirement - in addition to the accepted versions the rest of the world uses. Other examples are VFYTCPCNN for ping, SNDTCPSPLF for lpr, STRTCPFTP for fpt. WRKTCPSTS for netstat, TRCTCPRTE for traceroute, STRDNSQRY for nslookup, and probably a few others. Fortunately, the wellknown names are available.
