Hi,

When we run the WRKPTFGRP command the following list appears.

 Opt PTF Group Text
      SF99519 GROUP HIPER
      SF99502 DB2 UDB FOR ISERIES
      SF99271 WebSphere App Server-Express V5.0.2.1 5722IWE
      SF99169 JAVA PTF GROUP
      SF99149 WAS - Advanced 4.0.7 5733WS4
      SF99148 WAS - Advanced 4.0.7 5733WA4
SF99098 IBM HTTP SERVER FOR ISERIES
      SF99085 520 Backup Recovery Solutions
SF99039 Performance Tools for iSeries PTF Group

The funny thing is, we don't have WAS 4.0 and BRMS installed on our
machine.

If we remove the entries using a 4 to delete they will appear in the list
again. I am not sure if this is because of Service Director dialling out
to IBM and regathering the information from them. Maybe they have to
remove something from there side?

Does anyone know how I can remove these entries permanently?

TIA

Regards,
