Depends on the kind of menu - none of them make it easy, I think. If it's a program menu (looks like this one is, since a program is called), then the text could be in the DSPF, in a MSGF that feeds *MSGCON fields, as output text in the program itself, or even in a PF for a menuing system. Similar statements can probably be made for UIM or DSPF menus, as well.
