Now, I know they exist cuz I've seen them...also there's some really good
and REALLY OLD manuals on the PRINTER data stream...most of them are out
of circ and gold if you find them...   I did have both back a while ago
when we had to rewrite fax/400 to add functionality...that was back in
v3r1 days...
