Re: Actual line spacing on 400-attached HP LJ 4050 is not exact

make sure ovrprtf parm  PAGRTT(0)  or 90 if rotation required.
This will ensure that COR (computer output reduction) is not happening.
COR will make print fit within margins, throwing off exact lpi/cpi.
