Can I use IP filtering on system A (a 170 with V5R1 in our DMZ) to re-direct
an HTTP
request to System B (an 825 with V5R2 on our internal network) and then send
System B's response back to the original requestor (either internal or
outside of our DMZ)? I'm beginning to wonder . . .

I have no control over the corporate firewall or the network itself . . .
only the 2 systems . . . I've tried HIDEing system A behind system B and
MAPping system A to system B . . . both systems are currently on the same
subnet (10.10.18.x).

If your response to my initial question is 'yes', please give me some ideas
how one might go about it 'cause all of the ideas that I have had have not
worked (which is why I'm
beginning to wonder!).

Thanks,

Steve
