RE: Service tool password

Hi Jimmy,

The default passwords are the same as the service tools userid; they are
case sensitive from v5r1, I believe they default to uppercase.

Signon to OS400 as QSECOFR and use the command CHGDSTPWD to reset/re-enable
the Service Tools QSECOFR profile if it gets disabled.

We are having trouble with an ethernet card.  I was told to start service
tools and run test on the card.  I can not find the default passwords for
the service tool users.  I found the default users:
        QSECOFR
        QSRV
        11111111
        22222222
  Does anyone know the default passwords.

We are still new to the iSeries box and learning every day.
