You've probably already found it by now, but here's a link:

Here's how I found it in the Information Center:

   Click:
     -- Information Center V5R2 / English / North America
     -- (on left, at bottom) iSeries Supplemental Manuals
     -- (on left, near bottom) Complete List of Manuals
     -- Then, I used by browser's "find in this page" feature,
           by clicking on the "Edit" pull-down menu, and searched
           for "ICF"

I, for one, don't understand why it's necessary to put some books under
"supplemental manuals" and others in the main part of the information
center...  there doesn't seem to be any way to distinguish between what
should be where -- but I've been bit by this problem before, so I knew to
check under "supplemental."
