Mostly it is just what I remembered from doing a few of these types of
upgrades this past year.  IBM did make a big mention at the announce time,
new version of the LIC called the "February" re-spin.  It is actually
something that I made sure I mentioned during the sales cycle.  
I searched for "RSB" in the APAR data base, and then "DSPPTF".

Did you search for this in the APAR base or did you have the links handy?
