I have a similar problem with V5R2. When UNMOUNT FILE SYSTEM = No, I get an
error that there was a damaged IFS object. I recall it says reason code 44,
which says something like internal error, call IBM.

When I set UNMOUNT FILE SYSTEM = Yes then I do not get the error, so that is
my workaround.

I had a PMR open, but they needed me to run the save with a trace turned on,
which was goint to take a ridiculaous amount of time, so I closed the PMR.
They believed my problem was related to NFS mounts.

subject: GO SAVE option 21 failes

Hi,
We just upgrade our 720 to V5R1. I was doing the first full system save when
it failed. I've noticed that it was failing when UNMOUNT FILE SYSTEM option
was set to YES and the error was that there is a damaged object. I've ran
RCLSTG a few days ago.
Can some one help me.

Thanks in advance
