Prompt the PARM command that is used to define command parameters. Page down a 
screen or two and you'll see some attributes that can be assigned to command 
parameters -- PGM(), DTAARA() and FILE().

I believe these are supplied so that command parameters can 'identify' 
themselves to DSPPGMREF.
