When I run CPYTOIMPF and output to a stream file, the data is all garbled.
I think that the problem is the CCSID value. This may also be called the
"code page".

It is creating the file with a code page = 37. A file that is OK (readable
characters in Wordpad) has a code page of 437.

How can I create a stream file with a code page of 437 using CPYTOIMPF?

Also, how can I set the authority to *RWX when the file is created so PC
users can access the file?

Can someone point me to a summary on the internet of the IFS, WRKLNK,
CPYTOIMPF commands, etc?

Thanks!
