1. enter offline setup
2. test workstation
3. look at current resolution by pressing alt F20 key.
4. If step 4 does not show M5, you must change it.
5. Press F6 to change it to M5 (this changes resolution)
6. press enter to save

After you do the above

display a spool file.... if you see 131 columns you are there.
If Not...

Go to offline setup

Setup Terminal

Move forward through the options until you see 27-132 support
Turn it on if off....

That should do it.
