Well, it's nowhere near the size of COMMON <grin>.  Typically, there are
16 sessions and eight labs per day (only four labs on the first day).
Each session is an hour and a half (an hour and 45 minutes for labs).
Sessions are all in one hall, so they're literally seconds from each
other - no problem making it to the next session.

Oh yeah, lunches are included, and lots of snacks between sessions
<grin>.  In fact, there are a lot of little touches that I really
appreciate, including the very nice carryon bag we got this year, and
the fact that the sessions are all included on the CD you get.
Presenters, especially lab presenters like me, try to make sure that you
get all the information you need to take the labs home and use them,
even if you can't physically attend the lab itself.

The three day conference is $1400, and you can come one day early and
tack on one of the four-hour jumpstart sessions (RPG IV from Susan and
Jon or Java for iSeries Programmers from Phil and George) for an extra
hundred bucks.  Well worth the price of admission.
