It should be noted that there's no _necessary_ reason that any network user 
must deliberately attempt to map a drive to a NetServer share. We all should 
keep in mind that NetServer is all little more than the way an iSeries 
participates in the Windows Network Neighborhood.

Therefore... any PC that runs any program that attempts a connection via 
Windows shares can trigger an iSeries reaction. The program doesn't have to be 
installed, nor run, consciously by the PC user.

Viruses, Trojans, etc., are perfectly capable of doing this under the covers; 
and it wouldn't be surprising if passwords were incorrect, hence disabling 
profiles.
