Wes,

Don't forget FTP. It too can be utilized to transfer objects to AND
from you system. You're to be commended for tackling exit points, but
to have comprehensive coverage you'll want to look at one of the exit
point technology packages on the market.

Subject: Exit Point

Hi List,

I'm trying to implement Exit Point security so users can insert, update
or
delete production files using ODBC connection. I wrote the program and
registered it for QIBM_QZDA_SQL1. The problem I'm having is that if a
user
upload's a file using Data Transfer To iSeries, the OS doesn't send the
user
profile to the exit program. Any suggestion on how to get around this?

Thanks, Wes
