to
   override commands, but overrides do not apply to a save or restore
   operation.  Correct any errors and try the request again.
     If the error occurred when the *ALLUSR, *IBM, or *NONSYS value was
   specified on the LIB parameter on a Save Library (SAVLIB) command, you
can
   specify a value for the STRLIB parameter on the SAVLIB command to save
the
   remaining libraries.
     If the error occurred when the *ALLUSR, *IBM, or *NONSYS value was

   specified on the SAVLIB parameter on a Restore Library (RSTLIB) command,
you
   can specify a value for the STRLIB parameter on the RSTLIB command to
   restore the remaining libraries.
