You can create the logical file the same as you would any other file, it
should a member with the same name as the logical file name.  You can then
do the ADDLFM command to add a member to the logical file with the member
name the same as the physical file - you will need to put the physical file
name, library and member name on this command.  Then when you want to use
that logical files member you would do the OVRDBF command to the logical
file name and member you want.
